Sunrise on Mt. Saint Helens

After an alpine start we were thankful to finally be in the sun

After 4 hours we made it to the "lunch counter".  That face is the size of Mt. Bachelor and is still only a false summit. Those little dots are people and the real summit is behind it almost 1,000 ft. higher.  I spent a lot of time slumped over my poles wheezing on that face.

Movie Night at the Truck Stop skatepark in Bend. Food, drink, movies, celebs, live music, snowboards… what more could you want?!

Another one from DK. This time it’s this year’s opening day for the Northwest Express chair. Looks like lots of fresh. Wish I was there.
